Our carrier ships Monday through Friday during business hours and will make three delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt, your order will return to our warehouse. Please note that once you have confirmed your order, you will not be able to change your delivery address. It is understood as working days from Monday to Friday until 2pm. All those orders that occur after that time will begin to compute on time at 8 am the next day. For example, if an order is placed on Friday at 3pm. The delivery period would begin to compute from Monday at 8am.

All orders are automatically processed and we cannot advance or delay shipping times.

Customs costs will be borne by the customer.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return policy

You can return any product purchased in our online store within 14 days of the delivery date.

To make a return, follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Service department to request the collection of the merchandise to be returned where you prefer.

Make sure that the merchandise to be returned is in its original condition, with labels and packaging included. Otherwise Zinda will not be able to accept your return.

Once the package reaches our address, please allow 3-7 days to process your return. If your return does not meet the above conditions, we will send the package back to you. When your return is accepted, we will manage the refund and you will receive a confirmation email.

Refunds

Returns are normally accepted during the first 3 days from when the merchandise arrives at our warehouse and we verify that it meets the requirements. Once your return is accepted, we will immediately manage the refund and send you a confirmation email.

The amount of the selected items will be refunded, shipping costs not included

The time necessary to process the refund of the amount may vary depending on the payment method used:

Credit card: Our bank will refund the amount of the return 7 days after the return confirmation email accepted. The time it will take to see the amount in your account will depend on your credit card provider.

PayPal: You will receive a refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours after receiving the accepted return confirmation email.
